Pride gladly ships samples of any of our braided rugs, hand hooked rugs,
rag rugs or Oriental styles (via UPS) to customers who request them. We believe
that having the actual rug in your home is the only way of determining that
the color, style and quality are to your liking. Store lighting is far different
than that of our homes, therefore the color of braided rugs or hooked rugs can
seem very different. Laying a rug down in your room is the best way to be sure
of coordinating with your own furnishings. Samples are actual rugs, in the smallest
size available (usually a 2'x3'). This allows you to see the quality, construction
and color.
A
deposit is required, but this is applied to your order or refunded when they
are returned. The only cost to you is the shipping cost to return your samples.
Most customers order their samples with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover)
by phone (800) 848-7610. This enables our customer service department
to assist with any questions you might have, and rush your order right along.
Your samples will be shipped the next day! Of course, you may also order by
mail. Please include your day time phone number, in case we have any
questions.

help choosing your samples?
We print our catalog as accurately as possible, however it still
may be difficult to discern particular shades of color. If you are looking for
just the right shade of blue (or rose, or green, etc.) we'd be glad to help.
Paint chips, fabric swatches and pieces of wallpaper are all helpful. After
reviewing our samples (some not pictured in the catalog) we'll give you a call
to discuss the ones you would like to see. Finding the right braid rug (or hand
hooked rug or...) might be just a phone call away! Let us help you.

As
we are constantly striving to improve our selection of fine area rugs, we often
add new styles to our inventory that are not yet pictured in our catalog. Therefore,
if you are looking for a particular braided rug or hooked rug, just ask us!
If you haven't found quite the right style, please ask! We have all the rugs
you find elsewhere, plus many unique and exclusive styles. We make every effort
to keep our braided rug collection, hand hooked rug collection and area rug
collection as extensive and up to date as possible. If you're looking for a
